Years of spreadsheet records were cleaned and migrated into one structure.
The customer history was held across several spreadsheets built up over years, with duplicated and contradictory records between them.
Before migration the records were deduplicated and the field structure reduced to a single template. The migration completed without disrupting day-to-day work.
After team training, go-live happened on the planned date and the old files were kept as a read-only archive.
