You will run setup, data migration and training for new customers. Understanding how a business works today and configuring the platform accordingly is at the centre of the job.
Responsibilities
- Running the process analysis sessions that precede setup
- Planning data migration from existing spreadsheets and systems
- Delivering user training on site or online
- Following up through the first month after go-live
What we look for
- Experience implementing enterprise software or in consulting
- Advanced comfort with Excel and data preparation
- The ability to explain things clearly to teams from any sector
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally further
